Inspect before you accept
Open and check the order in front of the delivery person. Any issue, hand it straight back.
Once the delivery person leaves, no returns
After the delivery person has gone, a return cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Opened trackers cannot be returned
Once the sealed packaging is opened, a tracker card cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damage after delivery is not covered
Physical damage caused by use or accident cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange takes about 7 days
An exchange charge applies and delivery charges are non-refundable.
