By placing an order on getbluee.com you agree to the following terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Orders & pricing

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but confirmed orders are honoured at the price agreed at checkout.
• Orders are accepted when payment is confirmed; we may cancel an order before dispatch and refund in full if an item becomes unavailable.

Personalisation

• For engraved items, the spelling and artwork you submit are used exactly as provided. Please double-check names, dates and logos before checkout.
• We cannot resell, reproduce or use your submitted artwork beyond fulfilling your order.

Payment methods

• We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash and Nagad. Payment must clear before engraving and dispatch begins for online orders.

Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery timelines, our return policy and the 4-year product warranty are covered in their own pages and form part of these terms. In the case of any conflict, the specific policy page applies for that subject.

Intellectual property

• All Bluee designs, packaging, logos, photography and text on this site are our property or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written consent.

Liability

• Our products are crafted in leather and other materials that age naturally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
