A 4+ year promise, in writing
Every Bluee wallet is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 4 years from the date of purchase.
What the warranty covers
- Stitching — pulled, broken or separated seams through normal use.
- Hardware — snaps, rivets and closures that fail during normal use.
- Materials — cohesive leather or material failure (not general wear).
What is not covered
- Normal wear and the natural patina and creasing of genuine leather.
- Damage from misuse, excessive force, liquids or unauthorised modification.
- Lost, stolen or replacement items.
How to make a claim
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We review within 1–2 working days and confirm coverage.
- Covered items are repaired where possible, or replaced.

We hand-check every order before dispatch — but if anything slips through, the warranty has your back.
