Shipping Policy

Shipping & delivery

Every order is packed and sent with one of our delivery partners. We hand-check each item before dispatch.

Processing time

• Standard orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
• Engraved / personalised orders need 1–3 working days for production before they ship.

Delivery time in Bangladesh

• Dhaka & Chattogram: 1–2 working days
• Other divisions: 2–4 working days
• Remote or hilly areas: 4–6 working days

Delivery partners

We currently ship through trusted national couriers and on-demand services (RedX, SteadFast, eCourier / Pathao and similar), with Cash on Delivery available for most addresses.

Tracking & delays

• You receive a tracking reference once your order is handed to the courier.
• If your order has not arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
• If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
